RETURN POLICY:

Full Priced items with a Birdies & Bows Receipt:

-Full refund or merchandise credit within 30 days

-Full merchandise credit after 30 days

-After 90 days no returns accepted

SALE ITEMS:

-PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR ITEMS’ SIZE CORRECTLY AS SALE ITEMS CAN’T BE REFUNDED.

-ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Birdies & Bows apparel without a Birdies and Bows receipt:

-Without a receipt returns are not excepted.

-Personalized, or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

PRICE EXCEPTIONS:

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a FULL-PRICE item, when an original invoice or order confirmation from www.birdiesandbows.com is presented within 3 days of purchase date. Items not purchased at full price will not be granted a price adjustment.

Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the shipping fee deducted from the total receipt.

We encourage that you have tracking information appear on your packages that you return.


EXCHANGE POLICY:

How to exchange by Mail:

1. Complete the return section below on the items being returned. Please let us know the reason for the returned item. 2. Provide the product information for each new item you would like in the exchange form below.

3. If the total value of our exchange is greater than the value of the returned item(s). Please include your contact information in the form below so we can contact you regarding proper form of payment.

4. Take note of the tracking number for your records so that you can track shipment’s progress.

5. Please allow 30 days for your return/exchange to be processed.

If you are exchanging an item for the same item in another size we will ship that back to you at no charge.

If you are exchanging an item for a different item there will be a flat rate shipping charge of $7.00
